AAAA Exemplary Award

This Award was given to Tom Fisher for his performance and directing and Managing the conversion
of the entire Indian Health Service Telephone systems, Computer Systems and networking systems
for the massive conversion.  It took over a year of planning and implementation to assure that
the Health care systems of IHS would meet the needs of the year 2000 and beyond.
The Network control Center managed the all the health care facilities within the United States
